Ozvan endeavours to offer you competitive prices on our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges..

Ozvan reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Ozvan website at any time.

Should Ozvan reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 (seven) calendar days of shipment, you can email Ozvan at sales@ozvan.com.au to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Ozvan within 14 business days of shipment.

Unauthorized use of images and text from this site infringes copyright law, parties found to be using images and text from this site may be issued with legal proceedings.

Ozvan Postage

At OZVAN we ensure that your item is securely packaged before posting. Your tax invoice will either be sent by e-mail or may be included in the packaging. Goods purchased from our online store are usually processed and shipped within three working days of us receiving your order. In cases where items displayed are out of stock we will contact you with details of when the goods are expected to arrive. Some in store items will be dispatched direct from our interstate suppliers, this is so we can provide our customers with the best price on these items by eliminating the freight costs form our supplier to us.

Our state of the art shipping calculator will provide you with the most cost effective shipping quote including insurance cover. The choice of carbon offsets is also available for customers who wish to take advantage of this option. Our calculator will also determine which of our freight companies will deliver your goods in the shortest possible time for the least amount of money based on where the goods are to be shipped. The number of shipping days displayed in our cart process is the length of time it may take to ship your goods form the date of dispatch, and not the length of time it will take to receive your goods once your order has been placed.


For peace of mind we offer all our customers the option of insuring their goods whilst in transit. If you have chosen to take out  insurance and have a claim, the following procedures applies.

  • Inspect all goods when they arrive.
  • If the goods show any sigh of damage, please make a note of the damage on the couriers consignment note.
  • Notify Ozvan of the damage immediately by email and attach pictures of both the damaged goods and packaging and email to  sales@ozvan.com.au
  • Once you email has been received we will send all the necessary information off to the insurance company.
  • Claims can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
  • Replacement goods will only be dispatched once a claim has been approved.
