OzVan CUSTOM Caravan Fixed D-SHAPE Window

Our Australian made Caravan fixed D-SHAPE windows are constructed from durable aluminium and have UV stabalised 4.5 mm thick acrylic windows. These stylish, compact fixed windows are suitable for caravans, RV's, motorhomes, horse floats, car canopies and horse trucks.

 Dimensions (Window is designed for cut out size)

• Window Depth: 10mm
• Radius corners - 63.5 mm at bottom & Mitre (Square) corners at the top.
• Flange - 12.5 mm
• Acrylic Window - 4.5 mm thick

** Note: For our maximum dimension click here. Dimensions exceeding these allow the acrylic to flex, having repercussions on the frame that lead to water leakage. We may be able to manufacture two smaller windows for the space if the client can install a 25mm support beam in the centre of the cut out.

 Customise your Window by

• mm(W) x mm(h).
• Frame: Black, White or Mill.
• Acrylic Colour: Dark, Light or Clear.
  
  
• The window extends 10mm into the wall.
• The overall window is 25mm larger than the cutout/hole sizes displayed. So each Flange (edge) is 12.5 mm.

Installation: 

The OzVan Australian made Fixed Window can either be Glued in with a quality sealant e.g. Sikaflex OR Glued and Riveted in.
