Ozvan Postage & Payments Methods
At OZVAN we ensure that your item is securely packaged before posting. Your
tax invoice will either be sent by e-mail or may be included in the packaging.
Goods purchased from our online store are usually processed and shipped within
three working days of us receiving your order. In cases where items displayed
are out of stock we will contact you with details of when the goods are expected
to arrive. Some in store items will be dispatched direct from our interstate
suppliers, this is so we can provide our customers with the best price on these
items by eliminating the freight costs form our supplier to us.
You may notice too that some bulky items in our store have no postage
included, this is so that we have the opportunity to source the most cost
effective way to ship your product. All we ask is you email us with your post
code, address and the item you require, to sales@ozvan.com.au and we will
be happy to supply you with a shipping quote.
To supply or customers with the most competitive shipping rates we use
Australia Post for the majority of our smaller items and Fastaway Couriers for
our larger items. This may vary from time to time. Insurance cover against loss
or damage for your item while in transit is also available, just contacts us and
we will be more than happy to supply you with a quote. Always remember that when
goods are shipped to you by courier, inspect the goods for damage prior to
signing for them, once a signature is obtained it is deemed that the goods have
arrived undamaged. Accidents do happen whilst goods are in transit.
Payments can either be made by credit card, cheque, EFT or PayPal the choice is
yours. All credit card and identity details are securely kept and your card is
only debited the morning your order is dispatched. If you wish to purchase goods
using your credit card over the phone feel free to do so by calling 0387500314.
For all cheque and EFT payments goods will be dispatched once your payment
has been cleared, in some cases this will hold up the shipping process
slightly.
