A charger for those who need more power, ideal for 4WDs with high power demands and V8s. Automatic in operation it can be turned on and simply forgotten about until the vehicle's next use. Includes Engine Start facility.

FEATURES
Engine Start
If you need to get going and the battery is flat then the Engine Start will help you out. Connect the charger to the battery, set it to engine start mode for 5 minutes, then start your engine.
Charge N' Maintain - Automatic Charging
Automatically stops charging when the battery is full. You can leave the charger connected to the battery without the risk of overcharging.
Charge N' Maintain - Automatic Maintenance
Once the battery is full, the charger automatically starts to maintain the battery. The charger monitors the battery voltage and continues to top up the battery, keeping it fully charged and ready for use.
Thermal Overload/Polarity Protection
Prevents the output leads from sparking due to accidental reverse connection or short circuit, increasing safety.
* The term "8A" as opposed to "5400mA" is an Amps RMS rating used as an industry reference and not the actual DC output.
